The Tremendous Ten Ladies of the Week Jan 12th-16th

This is the second week of the tremendous ten. For the first time ever, I decided to go outside the WWE and TNA and add some indy talent to the list. This week we have some debuts and some new contendors for the top spot. Let's get started shall we?





1.Victoria

Well it's about that time we thank Miss Lisa Marie Varon otherwise known as the WWE diva Victoria. I don't plan to bore you this evening with a novel, but I will give you some reasons as to why Victoria got the number one spot this week. Sure she lost to Michelle McCool on her last match, big deal! She still went out with a bang. Victoria debuted in 2002 and jump-started her career as a jealous lunatic. She went after the fan fave Trish Stratus and struck gold literally. She captured The WWE women's championship at the 2002 Survivor Series. In 2004 she captured her second reign as champion in a fatal 4 way elimination match. It came down to Victoria and Lita but Victoria was the winner as she widows peaked Lita for the win. Sadly that was her last championship reign, such a shame. Victoria was in alot of firsts as well. She particapted in the first ever divas steel cage match against Lita, The first ever Chicago Streetfight against Trish Stratus. Some resume huh? She faced Lita in a steel cage and Trish in a streetfight, and interesting enough Victoria won both her titles by defeating both Trish and Lita " The Icons" so to speak. Although she didn't have a fairytale ending like Trish Stratus. Victoria is most certainly gonna be missed by all wrestling fans. On behalf of everyone else I'd like to thank you Victoria. Thank you for the memories and let god bless you on your journey outside of the wrestling ring. One last time "You Ain't the lady to mess with"


2. Beth Pheonix

After Rosa attacks Melina, The Glamazon & Jillian took advantage of the situation to attack Phoenix’s Royal Rumble opponent Melina as well as Kelly. Melina is sent into the ringside barrier. Beth takes some photos of Melina and Beth wants Melina to smile for the camera. One thing is for certain, we saw The Glamazon's angry side this past Monday.


3. Michelle McCool

Total- 2 weeks

After Michelle McCool attacked Victoria at the conclusion of their tag team match against the Bella Twins one week ago, the two Divas squared off in what would be the former Women’s Champion’s final match before retiring from WWE. Although Victoria fought heroically, in the end her battle-weary leg could not support Michelle long enough to execute the Widow’s Peak, opening the door for the former Divas Champion to hit her devastating Faithbreaker for the victory


4. ODB

ODB, Roxxi, and Taylor Wilde defeated Sojourner Bolt, Raisha Saeed, and Rhaka Khan in a six-Knockout tag match at Genesis. There was alot on the line because the woman who scores the winning pinfall gets a future title match against Knockouts Champion Awesome Kong. ODB was that woman as she pinned Saeed in the ring to earn the Knockouts Title shot. On Impact there was a rematch and once again ODB and her team won the knockouts tag match. If that wasn't enough last weekend ODB defeated LuFisto in a last woman standing match over at JAPW. It seems the one dirty bitch is on quite the roll no matter where she goes.


5. Stephanie McMahon

Stephanie said that the road to Wrestlemania starts in two weeks with the Royal Rumble as thirty superstars will compete to see who wrestles in the main event. Stephanie was interrupted by Chris Jericho’s music and he walks to the ring. Chris tells Stephanie that she is a liar. He says that Stephanie is scared to death of her father’s return because she will no longer be in control. Stephanie says that Raw is her show. Chris wonders if Vince approved Stephanie’s decision to appoint Mike Adamle as GM. Stephanie says that was Shane’s call. Stephanie tells Chris that if he worried as much about Stephanie as his career, he would still be champion. Stephanie says that Jericho has lost his opportunity to talk to ‘her father’ Vince, wrestle in the Royal Rumble, or wrestle for the World Title again. Chris says that he does not give a damn. Stephanie tells Chris that maybe he will give a damn because he is fired.


6. Awesome Kong

After ODB won her title shot at Genesis, Awesome Kong came out and entered the ring for a showdown with ODB. Tenay said she was there to remind ODB that she's defeated her before. ODB said she wanted her title shot on the spot. ODB shoved Kong, who grabbed her back in pain briefly. The heels cleared the babyfaces in the ring and then Kong chokeslammed ODB.


7. Taylor Wilde

For the WSU Tag Team Championships Amy Lee & Taylor Wilde d. The Beatdown Betties (Annie Social & Roxxie Cotton)!!! ,Taylor Wilde has done it again. Just like how she did on TNA television, Taylor saw an opportunity and made it golden! In a match that was less than 3 minutes, Wilde & Lee dominated the Betties and definitely laid the beat-down on the Betties! Wilde & Lee became Tag Team Champions. Suprisingly Taylor and her tag team partner Amy Lee lost there tag titles to The Beatdown Betties during the second tapings. At TNA's Genesis and Impact Taylor and her team was victorious over the Kongtourage. Thats twice in one week. Taylor also had some time for The Beautiful People. Taylor said everything about TBP was fake, including their boobs. Roxxi called them hoes and told them everything we all have been thinking, that she was not the real Sarah Palin. She said they were about to get “mucked.” Then, a mud like substance fell onto TBP from the ceiling. Palin was in on it and laughed at the top of the stage with Wilde and Roxxi. TBP cried.


8. Amy Lee

For the WSU Tag Team Championships Amy Lee & Taylor Wilde d. The Beatdown Betties (Annie Social & Roxxie Cotton)!!! Some interesting news this marks the first WSU Championship that Amy Lee, who's been with WSU from day one, has won. Sadly as stated above her tag team reign came to an end rather quickly during the second tapings.


9. The Beatdown Betties

The Beatdown Betties d. Amy Lee/Taylor Wilde, Team Wigwam & Kylie Pierce/Lea Morrison in a Four Corners Tag Team Match to WIN the WSU Tag Team Titles.
In a wild and incredible match, all 8 wrestlers wrestled very fast and very furious. Towards the end of the bout, the personal animosity between Pierce/Morrison and Team Wigwam reached an all new level, with both teams brawling all over the building and eventually to the back. Rick Cataldo emerged and came to the ring. Cataldo, who's been feuding crazily with Annie Social for the last several months about their spot in the Betties, went to go hit Annie with one of the title belts. Annie ducked and Rick hit Amy Lee, the same Amy Lee that booted him out of the company in October! With Wilde on the floor, Amy was prone for a loss as she was knocked out. All three Betties jumped on Amy for the pin, giving the belts to all 3 Betties! There is mass confusion right now and it seems whereever the Betties go, chaos follows!


10. Raisha Saeed

Despite losing at Genesis and Impact, Saeed put up a great fight against ODB,Taylor Wilde and Roxxi but came up short. She got some sort of revenge on Roxxi when she defeated her last Weekend at a JAPW taping. She even had time to play dress up and dressed up as Cheerleader Melissa, She went up went against Shimmer star Ariel in singles action on the exact same day.



1. Rosa Mendez

The crazed psycho strikes again and this time she disguised herself as one of Melina’s paparazzi and put the beating on the red-carpet Diva on the entrance ramp. Will she play a part at the Royal Rumble? I guess we will find out in 2 weeks.


2. Roxxi

As previously stated Roxxi and Taylor was behind the "Palin" idea the whole time. Roxxi had a very good week as she and her team won two matches both at Genesis and Impact. Interesting enough Roxxi got the pin at impact, will she finally enter the title feud?

3. Melina

Prior to her match, Melina was attacked before she could even make it to the ring to join her partner, Kelly Kelly. WWE Women's Champion Beth Phoenix’s crazed No. 1 fan, Rosa Mendes, had disguised herself as one of Melina’s paparazzi, and assaulted the red-carpet Diva on the entrance ramp. Kelly Kelly went to assist her tag partner as security escorted Mendes (who had been banned by Stephanie McMahon one week prior) out of the arena

4. Alicia Foxx

Dancing duo DJ Gabriel & Alicia Fox boogied their way to a mixed tag team win on ECW against siblings Paul & Katie Lea Burchill. Devious Katie Lea Burchill’s interference led to a battle between the Divas outside the ring. Meanwhile, Gabriel landed a flying European uppercut on Paul Burchill for the victory.

5. Vickie Guerrerro

SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero gloated about putting Triple H through Triple Jeopardy one week ago for disrespecting her. The Game then came to the ring to return the nude photos of her that he recovered. When Guerrero responded by creating a Last Man Standing Match against Big Show - with The King of Kings Royal Rumble spot on the line - the 12-time World Champion proceeded to show the nude photos on the TitanTron for all to see. Guerrero then announced that MVP would be the Superstar facing Big Show in the match to determine if The Game would keep his spot, banning Triple H from ringside for good measure.

Closing Statement- WOW! I just noticed that 7 ladies fell off the list, I told you all that this is nothing like the Power 25. Although some made appearances( Melina, Alicia, Vickie) They were not impactful this last week. Victoria was number one as a thank you but really she did make the biggest impact. She retired from the WWE and that truly came as a shock to me and many others. I'd like to thank the following for helping me this week.
